In just four months Team Westone have raised £8,000 for Cancer Research UK by holding seven fundraising activities. The team have sold delicious cakes, played charity football and held a Grand National sweepstake but climbing Mount Snowdon was the biggest challenge by far!

The team are now recovering and resting their blistered feet but would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for donating and encouraging them throughout.

Cancer Research UK is a charity close to the team’s heart, all members have been affected by this terrible disease in one way or another, some have lost loved ones, others have had cancer themselves and some have friends and family who have survived the illness. Being able to donate such a large amount to this very worthwhile charity has meant a lot to them all, so thank you once again.

The team are currently planning their fundraising challenge for 2020, so watch this space…
